Description: Amendment 003 to SIR DTFACT-17-R-00010-Potential Offeror's are advised that the Government expects to release the Q&A and amended SIR during the week of April 03,2017 and as a result, the due date for proposals is extended to April 10, 2017. Attachment: Summary of Changes Amendment 003 has been added. _______________________________________________________________ The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires a new Strategic Acquisition of various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) procurement. This requirement is for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) information technology (IT) video teleconferencing (VTC) services procurement. This Small Business Set-Aside procurement will be a best value competition utilizing trade-off procedures. The FAA plans to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance not to exceed 60 months (5 years). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the effort is 517911, Telecommunications Resellers, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The Screening Information Request (SIR) is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR. As stated in Section L.1, (General Proposal Instructions) of the SIR, written questions are due February 16, 2017, not later than 5:00PM EST. Proposals are due March 17, 2017, not later than 12:00PM EST.
