Description

This is a Request for Quotes for Floor Repair Project-Construction- Davis Bacon Wages will Apply. A COMPLETE SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THIS SITE BY APRIL 12, 2017. Project Estimate is less than $100,000 The intent of the contract is to provide design and construction services to repair the floor at El Portal Visitors Center in El Yunque National Forest Rd. 191, Int. 988, K.m. 4.4 Palmer PR, 00721 during the month of September 2017. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to install flooring and painting at the location designated by the Contracting Office in accordance with industry standards and all terms and conditions contained in solicitation package. The project is located at El Portal Visitor Center in El Yunque National Forest, Rd. 191, Int. 988, Km 4.4, Palmer, PR 00721. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for 100% of award amount. The Contractor is responsible for the temporary moving and/or relocating of exhibits, furniture and any other items that inhibit the installation of the flooring. All items must be returned to their original location and condition upon completion of the work. Any demolition of existing surface flooring is to be carried out by the contractor.
