Description

This ia a Request For Quote for Painting Project-Construction Davis Bacon Wages will apply. The Contractor will furnish all supervision, materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and miscellaneous items for painting work of El Portal Visitor Center buildings at El Yunque National Forest. The work must be performed in accordance with industry standards and with all terms and conditions contained herein. This project consists of preparing and treating the surface and applying new paint to walls, columns, ceilings, metal structures and other surfaces. This project is a repaint work and the scope includes all originally painted concrete surfaces, metal handrails and other structures indicated in the schedule of items. The project is located at El Yunque National Forest, El Portal Visitor Center site, Road PR191, Km 4.2, Palmer, PR 00721. The facility includes the main building of El Portal VC, El Portalito building, El Portal Fee Booth building, and El Portal Storage building. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for 100% of of amount awarded. Estimated Start Date: September 1, 2017 Estimated Completion Date: September 30, 2017 Project Estimate is less than $100,000. A Complete Solicitation Package will be Available on this site By April 12, 2017.
