Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, Columbus proposes to enter into a firm-fixed price, long-term indefinite quantity contract (IQC). This project is comprised of one (1) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for a device (TANK, FUEL, ENGI) that supports the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) primarily utilized by the U.S. Military operating in Afghanistan and other parts of the world. Offerors are given the opportunity to submit pricing based on quantity break ranges. The contract will have a base period of three (3) years plus two (2) firm fixed priced option years for a potential total of five years. This will provide DLA Direct (Stocked) replenishment coverage of certain part (drawing reference) item that cross reference to NSN 2910-01-189-4770. DLA Land & Maritime will administer and manage orders on the NSN in this initiative. The RFP will be unrestricted FAR 6.101(b), with full and open competition with HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference (FAR 19.1307), using FAR Part 12 procedures. The Opening will be March 31st, 2017 and have a closing date of May 1st, 2017.
