Todd Jr. Blvd. (18th Avenue N.) West: Jefferson Street and Dr. D.B. Todd, Jr. Blvd. (18th Avenue N.) to Broadway to 12 Avenue S. and Edgehill Avenue to Edgehill Avenue and 8th Avenue S. South: Edgehill Avenue and 8th Avenue S. to 8th Avenue S. and Korean Veterans Blvd. to Cumberland River East: Cumberland River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,783 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,172 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 17 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •Space cannot be located on the ground or top floor. Space should be on floors 3 through 7. •Space must be contiguous. •Space cannot bel located in window space adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, mezzanines, or loading docks. •Anticipated use is for a law enforcement agency. •Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. •All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
