- Brand Name Justification Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-17-T-A400 for 24 Dual Visor Kits and 50 adaptor kits for the 912th Air Refueling Squadron is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation has been issued as full and open competition under the NAICS Code of 339113, with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
