- SUBJECT: Mobile Crane Unit REF NO.: F1S0AX7083B001 The Air Force Test Center (AFTC)/PZIEB, Edwards AFB intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to SpyderCrane.Com, LLC of Phoenix, AZ, for a Mobile Crane Unit Part Number URW547C4UBRS. The NAICS Code is 333120 and the SBA Size Standards is 1,250 employees. Description of Requirements: SpyderCrane Mini-Crawler Crane, Model URW547C4UBRS. This mobile crane has an 8,000-10,000 lbs. capacity. This crane will be used to lift several large scale test capabilities and equipment requiring operation on a routine basis. The requested equipment will provide immediate onsite access to a crane for planned and unplanned mission systems reconfigurations, maintenance and troubleshooting that directly support EWG test requirements. Purpose: This crane will increase onsite support capabilities, reducing reliance on outside resources, to include contracted services, enhancing overall mission effectiveness. Features: Electric (Zero emissions) < 72" wide in travel mode Lifting capacity 8,000-10,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) not to exceed 12,000 lbs. Dimensions (in stowed position): Length: < 20' Width: < 6' Height: < 10' This is not a request for quotations. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence (capability statement) that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should indicate the contractor's size status in respect to NAICS Code 333120 and indicate completion of Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items provision FAR 52.212-3 which can be done electronically via SAM.GOV. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy. Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant. Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, April 7, 2017.
