- Description
- The intent of this Sources Sought is to assess the state-of-the art of the technology available in digital logging recording products that could be applied to meet this requirement. The Government envisions a solution for digital logging and recording system that meets the following operational and program requirements: REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires the contractor to provide and install a digital logging recorder system to record 1 analog channel coming from a Relm Radio KNG-B150 using the 25 pin accessory connector. The contractor will provide all interface cabling required to accomplish this connection. The recorder will also record 2 additional analog voice lines which are collocated with the radio base station. The recorder will be capable of up to 1 TB RAID-1 Storage. The contractor will also provide all required interface cables and adapters to accomplish this connection. The contractor will provide all required software to access the recordings. This equipment will have a one year extended warranty on hardware and software maintenance. Installation Overview. The recording device will be installed in building 4217A adjacent to the Relm Radio model KNG-B150 base station. The recorder will be connected to two analog telephone lines which are collocated with the radio. The contractor will install and configure the recorder. The contactor will provide on-site training for the Range Control staff.
