Description

Sources sought for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated Firm Fixed Price under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services. This proposed contract vehicle is to provide digital financial records in an electronic DoD 5015.2 certified records management system to meet auditing requirements. Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, titled śRequest for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes, ť this announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle to provide financial improvement audit readiness document retention. The contractor shall provide the labor and equipment outlined in accordance with the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated base period of performance of this contract is 28 September 2017 to 27 September 2018. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should reference N00189-16-T-0526 and shall include the following information in this format: 1.Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. 2.Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. 3.Other Government vehicles (contracts) that may issue orders for the required services. (ie. GSA, etc.). 4.An estimated Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). 5.Size of business- Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-Owned Business, Veteran-Owned and/or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. 6.Capability statement displaying the contractor ™s ability to provide the minimum requirements to include past performance. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Please also include in the past performance information the contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this sources sought. 7.Please include any questions or concerns you have in regards to this requirement. 8.Include any other supporting documentation. 9.Provide indicate whether an existing management system can be modified to meet the Government ™s requirements or if a new one would be created from scratch. Submissions are to be no more than 10 pages and no less than 12 point font. Responses should be emailed to heather.coleman@navy.mil by Friday, April 7, 2017. Again, this is not a request for a proposal. Respondents will not be notified the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regards to this sources sought notice. Please note the information within this sources sought notice will be updated and/or may change prior to an official synopsis/solicitation, if any.
