Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about April 17, 2017. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VAMC, currently has the need for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment supervision, expertise and materials necessary to provide Firestop Maintenance and Repair Services at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Proposed solicitation number is VA246-17-Q-0725. This contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price, base plus four option years, if executed. This requirement is will be set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541350, Building Inspection Services, Size Standard $7.5 Million, and the Product or Service Code (PSC) is Z1DA, Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries.
