- Description
- This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contract Office 20 (NCO 20) has a requirement to establish an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, multiple award task order contract (IDIQ MATOC) for general construction, renovation, maintenance and minor repair services. Work will be located at the VA Medical Centers and facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State. Specifically, this IDIQ MATOC will provide each station with a qualified pool of SDVOSB S to complete VISN-wide construction requirements. The period of performance of each IDIQ MATOC shall consist of a base year (1calendar year) and two, two-year option periods. Individual task orders will have a separate period of performance. The overall value of each IDIQ MATOC shall not exceed $75 million, base year and all options combined. Individual task orders will be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The solicitation will be available for download no earlier than 30 days following the posting of this synopsis. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Fed Biz Opps website at http://www.fbo.gov All proposal requirements as well as the proposal due date will be identified in the solicitation at the time of issue.
