- Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award, a one-time, sole-source, fixed price purchase order to SCAN Pacific Northwest, LLC, 170 W. Dayton, Ste 101, Edmonds, WA 98080. The FBI requires three (3) Rapid Entering and Boarding Systems (REBS) and functional accessories. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 333923, Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist, and Monorail System Manufacturing, the size standard is 1250. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6302-1.
