- March 31, 2017 update *** UPDATE March 31, 2017 **** FEMA is in the process of reviewing its market research for the hardware pillar. At this time, the strategy is ‘To be determined'. FEMA will not be meeting with vendors regarding these lines of business at this time since we are in the process of finalizing and issuing solicitations.
