- PWS- Sources Sought The 49 th Contracting Squadron and Joint Task Force-North (JTF-N) are currently seeking potential sources for a non-personal services contract to provide Lodging, Food, Dining Room, Ice & Laundry Services along the Southwest Border between Mexico and the United States near Yuma, AZ. The Life Support contract includes lodging, breakfast and dinner meals, a dining room, potable water/ice and laundry service support. Lodging services must be provided within 15 miles of Yuma, AZ. Lodging, meals, dining room, potable water/ice and laundry services must be provided within 5 miles of contracted lodging location. The work to be performed is along the Southwest Border between Mexico and the United States within a 15 mile radius of Yuma, AZ. The use of this notice is to provide the 49 th Contracting Squadron insight concerning the commercial availability and commercial practices of the required services described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The 49th Contracting Squadron formally requests the submission of company capability statements in addition to pragmatic feedback in regards to the conditions described in the PWS. SUBMISSIONS: Companies responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 49th Contracting Squadron with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum: -Company Name -Point of Contact Name and Number -Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) -Business Status (8(a), Small Business, Hubzone, Woman-owned, etc.) -Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Capabilities statement and suggestions shall be submitted via e-mail to the following: fabiola.palma-trujillo.civ@mail.mil and justin.bowers.1@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Monday, 11 April 2017. NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quote, Request for Proposal, or Invitation for Bids, nor does it restrict the 49th Contracting Squadron to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract is anticipated to be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 49th Contracting Squadron to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with the South Texas Climbing support.
