- This Request for Quote (RFP) is to supply all equipment and materials necessary to support the Army Public Health Center (APHC). The services to be conducted by the contractor include dosing mice, collecting ovaries from euthanized mice, mating mice, collecting serum from euthanized mice, tracking mice pregnancies, and counting mice pups. Please review the Performance Work Statement for all requirements. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached Performance Work Statement, and all other terms, clauses and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: This RFQ is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541712. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and FAX requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can view, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
