+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 03/31/2017 - AMENDMENT ISSUED: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Provide the following question and answer: Question: Regarding the building 386 portion: We did visit B386 to inspect. There is a call to Relocate a projector and screen from 386 to 355. Is the projector ceiling mounted and does it require ceiling mounting by us in 355? Is the screen wall mounted and does it required wall mounting by us in 355? Is there an electrical work necessary in the take down or set up of the projector? Answer: The Test Department has elected to leave the Building 386 Conference Room as is. As a result, an updated SOW and SOW Diagram will be provided reflecting this change and clarifying the Building 386 requirements. (2) Provide updated attachments as follows: - Attachment 2 - SOW Diagram B355 Rev 01 dated 03-30-2017 - Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, Rev 02, dated 03-30-2017 (3) Extend the proposal due date until 04/06/2017 15:00 EST. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 03/23/2017 - AMENDMENT ISSUED: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) State that questions and answers related to this procurement must be provided via email to alison.grosch@navy.mil by 1400EST on 03/28/17. (2) Extend the proposal due date until 04/03/2017. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 03/17/2017 - AMENDMENT ISSUED: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Provide an updated Attachment One, Statement of Work, Rev A, dated 03-17-17. (2) A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 1000EST. Please note that the 1000 time is to meet at the Visitors Center on Rt 547 (main Lakehurst entrance to JBMDL). It is anticipated that we will be meeting the Program Office at Bldg 355 at 1100. Directions to the base can be accessed at http://www.navair.navy.mil/nawcad/Lakehurst under the Visitor's tab. Quotes from other than these vendors will not be considered. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 10:00am. This will be the one and only opportunity to visit the site location for the purpose of performing room measurements. This Request for Quotation and subsequent order is set-aside exclusively for only those authorized Navy Office Furniture Blanket Purchase Agreement holders. Quotes from other than these vendors will not be considered. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS 337214. This announcement constitutes the only written notice for this procurement. The Statement of Work (Attachment One) outlines the requirement for this furniture procurement. The basis for award will be best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered in accordance with the Evaluation Plan (Attachment 3). 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: •· 1. Technical Design Layout / Maximum Space Utilization (element of Technical) Phased Milestone Schedule/Delivery (element of Technical) Warranty (element of Technical) 2. Price/Cost (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
