- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Sex Offender Treatment Services in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The location where services are to be provided should be accessible to local public transportation and should be within a 12 mile radius of the U.S. Post Office located at 1760 W. 2100 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84199. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2017 with one (1) one-year option renewal period with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2019. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Sex Offender Inmates = 22 Sex Offender Treatment Services: Sex Offender Intake (1 per authorized inmate) for 22 inmates = 22 reports Sex Offender-Specific Evaluation and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 22 inmates = 22 reports Abel Assessment for Sexual Interests (one per authorized inmate) for 22 inmates= 22 assessments Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 22 = 1056 units Sex Offender Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 22 = 1584 units Sex Offender Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 1 units (per inmate) x 22 = 22 units Option Year One: Estimated Number of Sex Offender Inmates = 22 Sex Offender Treatment Services: Sex Offender Intake (1 per authorized inmate) for 22 inmates = 22 reports Sex Offender-Specific Evaluation and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 22 inmates = 22 reports Abel Assessment for Sexual Interests (one per authorized inmate) for 22 inmates= 22 assessments Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 22 = 1056 units Sex Offender Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 22 = 1584 units Sex Offender Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 1 units (per inmate) x 22 = 22 units Six-Month Extension: Estimated Number of Sex Offender Inmates = 11 Sex Offender Treatment Services: Sex Offender Intake (1 per authorized inmate) for 11 inmates = 11 reports Sex Offender-Specific Evaluation and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 11 inmates = 11 reports Abel Assessment for Sexual Interests (one per authorized inmate) for 11 inmates= 11 assessments Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 11 = 528 units Sex Offender Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 11 = 792 units Sex Offender Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 1 units (per inmate) x 11 = 11 units The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Statement of Work, Community Treatment Services, January 2017. The request for quote will be available on or after April 20, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about May 22, 2017. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
