Description

Real Estate Support for Real Property Strategic Utilization (RPSU) Service Product Lines This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Quote and the solicitation number is VA101-17-R-0361. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. This solicitation (see attached file) is targeting only Service Disabled Veteran Small Business (SDVOSB). The Department of Veterans Affairs Real Property Strategic Utilization (RPSU) service within the Office of Real Property is responsible for three product lines: 1) Dispositions of excess real property; 2) the Historic Reuse Program: Reuse or exchange of VA-owned historic assets pursuant to Title 54 Section 306121; and 3) Other public private partnerships that include the design, construction, financing, operations and maintenance of new or repositioned assets. The contractor shall be responsible for providing RPSU program management support, and technical and reporting deliverables to help ensure RPSU projects are accomplished efficiently and effectively for pre-execution/feasibility support and for execution. RPSU intends to acquire the services necessary to satisfy this requirement through limited competitive means - SDVOSB firms must complete 51 percent of the work.
