Description

Phenomenex BPA Equipment Listing Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Centers for Environmental Health, Division of Laboratory Sciences intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory supplies to Phenomenex, Inc. This BPA will be for 60 months (5 years). CDC intends to negotiate this requirement with Phenomenex, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) and HHSAR 306.302-1- Only One Responsible Source; and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1).
