Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a Valet Services Contract. Network Contracting Office 7, Charleston, SC intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to provide Valet Services at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJVAMC) in Charleston, SC. The Contractor shall provide said services Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. The expected workload is approximately 250-300 vehicles per day. All off-site parking needed for Valet Services and any shuttle service from the Medical Center to this off-site parking for Contractor staff shall be provided by the Contractor. This contract will have one base and up to two option years. Anticipated start date is on or around May 1, 2017. The applicable NAICS Code is 812930, Parking Lots and Garages (SBA Size Standard 38.5 Million). This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Vetbiz Verified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). A one-time Site Visit (attendance not mandatory) will take place on April 11, 2017 from 10:00am to 11:00am; meet Capt. Chad Allan in the Main Lobby. This affords all interested parties equal opportunity to observe the physical characteristics of the Medical Center and the surrounding area. All Questions resulting from this Solicitation, to include the Site Visit, will only be answered if received by Request for Information (RFI) via email nochelle.elliott@va.gov by April 12, 2017 at 0800. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from Fedbizopps which may be issued to this Solicitation. All interested SDVOSBs must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov All interested SDVOSBs must be registered and viewable as a SDVOSB on the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Annual Representations and Certifications must be current and filed online and viewable through SAM.
