Solicitation# RFP VA256-17-R-0368. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 & 2005-95 (effective 01/20/17) Rev 1 (02/16/17). This is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. NAICS code is 561730, size standard is $7.5 MILLION. Place of Performance: Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center 2002 Holcombe BLVD Houston, TX 77030 Anticipated Performance Period: May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018 plus four 12 Month Option periods at the discretion of the government to exercise.
