- This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NSWCPD Philadelphia seeks to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Admartec, Inc., 12 Crown Plz Ste 204 Hazlet, NJ, 07730-2441. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA has established a requirement for various items for the NSWCPD Oil Content Monitor Program, repair and refurbishment of the major components for the ET-35N Oil Content Monitor (OCM), consisting of: Solenoid Valve Locking Nuts (Part Number: 321-48295-07) (Qty. 100); O-Ring Complete Sets (Part Number: AME 10228) (Qty. 200); Measuring Cell Glass (Part Number: 321-28423-00) (Qty. 160); Pad, Vibrator (Part Number: 321-47552-00) (Qty. 150); Elapsed Time Indicator (Part Number: AMT-TM-3) (Qty. 140); Solenoid Valve Repair Kit (Part Number: 321-46797-00) (Qty. 100); Solenoid Valve Bodies (Part Number: 321-48295-01) (Qty. 20); Pressure Switch (w/ base plate) (Part Number: 321-48293-00) (Qty. 10); Vibrator Core (Part Number: 321-036740-00) (Qty. 112). The required delivery of the supply items is 30 days after date of award. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334519 with a size standard of 500. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
