Description

Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations (OAO), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Quality Investment Properties, LLC (QIP), 1100 North Market Boulevard, Sacramento, California, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2) entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance is 12 months, plus two, 12-month option periods, plus optional tasks. The proposed contract is for continued connectivity to the circuit extensions/cross connects. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541513. This notification shall close on April 12, 2017.
