- AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to post answers recieved in response to the solicitation as of 4/4/2017. Please see below for the answers to the questions submitted. •1. Are the preference dates outlined; 6/12-6/16 for the program flexible (i.e. may I submit the proposal with alternative dates of availability)? ANSWER: Any week that involves a holiday is unacceptable. The following dates can be proposed as alternate dates and will be deemed acceptable. June 19, 2017 - June 23, 2017 August 14, 2017 - August 18, 2017 •2. Can you clarify room set-up requirements for the General Session & Breakout rooms? For instance, theater style vs classroom/ rounds of 8, etc. Different set-up styles require different amounts of meeting space, so I just wanted to clarify, if possible. ANSWER: Rooms should be theater style.
