U.S. Government Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 29,000 City: West Valley Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 30,480 Space Type Clinical Parking Space (Total) 120 Full Term 20 Years Parking Spaces (Surface) 120 Firm Term 15 Years Parking Spaces (Structured) 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved) 12 Delineated area: At the point of beginning Interstate 15 and 9000 S go west continuing on to southwest Old Bingham Highway to Bacchus Highway 111, go north on Bacchus Highway 111 to 2100 S Freeways (SR 201), go east to 5600 west, go north to Interstate 80, go east to Interstate 15, go south on Interstate 15 back to the point of beginning. Additional Requirements: For this requirement, VA will consider expressions of interest for a build-to-suit building, on developer controlled land (those that offer the parcel, will develop the parcel) and existing buildings. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.   The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.   Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
