Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of the United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 6,600 BOMA usable square feet of office, warehouse, and related space for the national Park Service. Lease is tentatively for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than May 1, 2019. First consideration will be given to locations within the city limits of Yankton, SD. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries in the above stated precedence, other alternative sites, will be considered. Space must meet all Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the request for proposal and resultant lease. The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be within the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
