- Solicitation The Forest Service is soliciting for call when needed fuel trucks to Hill Airtanker Base (ATB), located on Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. The trucks will provide fuel to various Airtankers for firefighting missions. This will be a small business set-aside and the Forest Service anticipates awarding a five-year (Base + 4 option years) single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
