Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Submit offers on RFQ-RML-E-1829905. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95 Effective January 19, 2017. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This is not a total small business set aside. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Laboratory of Host Defenses, Immune Deficiency Genetics Section is seeking to purchase: Qty 1U-CUP Starter Kit Slim (includes: 1 U-CUP rack, 10 U-CUP bioreactors, 10 pairs of scaffold adaptors 8x4, 2 forceps, 20 sterile filters, 1 box of 10mL syringes (20 units), 1 box of 3mL syringes (20 units), 2 boxes of cannulas (2x100 units), 2 tubing organizers, 1 box of tube extensions (10 units), 10 vental cups, 1 tester set (1 bioreactor with scaffold adaptors and 1 dummy scaffold). Qty 1 U-CUP Disposable Kit (includes: 10 U-CUP Bioreactors with 10 pairs of scaffold adaptors Shipping costs to Bethesda, MD 20814. FOB Point shall be Destination; Bethesda, MD 20814. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for a U-Cup Bioreactor Starter Kit - Slim and U-Cup Disposable Kit - 10 U-Cup Bioreactors with 10 pairs of scaffold adaptors defined herein. The government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
