Description

SOlICITATION JOFOC The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to the The Harvard Public Health's Center to employ Laser printer- Emitted engineered Nanoparticiples (PEP)s Research Specific To In-Vivo Biotinetic, Cariovascular, and other targeted Organ Studies for one year. The Harvard Public Health's Center for Nanotechnology and Nanotoxicology team, developed Laser printer- Emitted engineered Nanoparticiples (PEP)s Research Specific To In-Vivo Biotinetic, Cariovascular, and other targeted Organ Studies to monitor and nanoparticle emissions during use of the printer. The Harvard research group has conducted the PEPs reearch for NIOSH for several years. The current project project is built on the data base created from the previous projects conducted by his research group. The contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotitate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.30-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capabiity to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competttive procurement. Any quotation/responses should be emailed to Desiree Harris at huq9@cdc.gov by 2:00pm EST. By April 19, 2017.
