Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912LR-17-T-00035 and is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-03-31 11:00: AM Eastern Time (Local Time) or as otherwise displayed at https://www.fbo.gov/. The Puerto Rico Army National Guard requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEM MONITORING SERVICES THAT SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIAL, SUPERVISION, AND QUALITY CONTROL NECESSARY PER QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN ENCLOSED HEREIN AS WELL AS CENTRAL MONITORING SERVICES TWENTY-FOUR HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FOR 38 FACILITIES FOR THE PUERTO RICO ARMY NATIONAL (PRARNG) AS DEFINED IN THE PERFOMANCE WORK STATEMENT PARAGRAPH 5.1 CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS ATTACHED IN THIS SOLICITATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE REMOTE MONITORING FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS OF EXISTING INSTALLED SECURITY ALARMS SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE/COMPLIANCE WITH UL 827, CENTRAL STATION ALARM SERVICES, AND UL 2050. RESPOND BY RETURNING COMPLETED SOLICITATION WITH OFFERED PRICES TO: ANGEL F. SOLIS.MIL@MAIL.MIL. EVALUATING CRITERIA IS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE IN BLOCK 17A OF THE SOLICITATION YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, CAGE CODE, NAME OF COMPANY, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS. PLEASE WRITE THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR EACH ONE OF THE CONTRACT LINE ITEMS FOR YOUR BID ON THE SOLICITATION (SF-1449) AND BE SURE TO COMPLETE THE SAME PRICING INFORMATION ON THIS FBO NOTICE CLIN STRUCTURE FIELDS PROVIDED AS WELL. Period of Performance (POP): The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and 4 / 12-month option years. ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received on or before April 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST (local time) may not be considered.*** Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Bid.
