- Description
- The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Supply of Wood Floor Materials, U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Unit Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Construction Type Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the third quarter of fiscal year 2017. The successful offeror shall provide complete contract coordination and supervision including but not limited to the management and services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The successful offeror shall perform all works including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and incidentals required for the supply of the wood floor materials and associated adhesives to deliver to the U.S. Dispatch Agent in Kent Washington. NOTE: Unique Entity Identifier and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirement for all companies to be considered for contract award. Offerors may obtain a Unique Entity Identifier and information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at: System for Award Management: www.sam.gov Qualified companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Ms. Joanna Catsamaki at CatsamakiJ@state.gov, no later than April 19, 2017 using the solicitation number SGE500-17-R-0083 in the subject line including the following information: Name of Firm, Unique Entity Identifier (former DUNS number), Name, Telephone, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. The solicitation package/documents will be placed on FedBizOpps when available. The solicitation package/documents will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translations will be at the expense of the Contractor. The complete proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package marked as "Proposal SGE500-17-R-0083" for the attention of Ms. Joanna Catsamaki in accordance with the detailed instructions provided in the solicitation. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and the requirement is competed using full and open competition procedures.
