- Attachment 3 - ELIN & Pricing Detail Attachment 2 - Limited Source Justification Attachment 1 - Product Description Supply/Synopsis Solicitation This is a firm-fixed price, IDIQ, Request for Quote with a five-year ordering period, (Base and four Option periods), with one six (6) month option to extend, for the procurement of: 12 training software account licenses to prepare personnel for Level II, Information Assurance technician certification, utilizing CompTIA Security +Ce. These licenses will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 19 - Small Business Programs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 - Software Publishers, the size standard is $38.5M. A complete Supply/Synopsis Solicitation, Product Description, and Equipment Line Item Number (ELIN) list is provided herein. The ELIN list is to be used to provide pricing detail and must be completed.
