- W912C3-17-T-0006-Amend0002 AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify/change the time for receipt of quotes. The date of receipt of quotes remains 12 April 2017. However, the time for receipt of quote is 2:00 PM. Quotes shall be submitted on or before 12 April 2017; 2:00 PM. local time. Quotes can be submitted electronically attention: Maria Otero at email: maria.d.otero4.civ@mail.mil. Vendors shall ensure quotes are received by confirmation. Vendors shall ensure quotes, all requested with the quotes and any amendment issued is signed and submitted. Note: If quotes are hand carried, they shall be received at the location designated for receipt of quotes. The quotes will need to be submitted timely. There are delays when entering Fort Buchanan. The Government will not be responsible for a late quote. b. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------- AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to answer questions submitted by Vendors as a result of the site visit. The date and time for receipt of quotes remains unchanged. A copy of the signed amendment shall be submitted with the quote. There is a drawing attached to Amendment 0001 -------------------------- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) MICC-Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico has Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C3-17-T-0006, for Contractor to Modify Counter at Building 21 (Rodriguez Army Health Clinic (RAHC)) at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. This acquisition is set-aside as 100% Women-Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 236220. The magnitude of the requirement is less than $25,000. There will be a one time site visit. See information about the Site Visit in the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 March 2017. The estimated closing date will be on or about 11 April 2017. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources may go to the Federal Business Opportunity website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their quote package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of quotes. Electronic email submission is authorized. If using email, please ensure you confirm that it was received. Email submission shall be sent to: maria.d.otero4.civ@mail.mil. Interested offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Interested offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package.
