Description
The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition to upgrade Software on the Building Automation System (BAS) located at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lake Nona. The performance period of this contract is 60 days from date of award. The requirement consists of furnishing all management, supervision, personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, and general specialized equipment necessary to upgrade Software on the Building Automation System (BAS) located at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lake Nona. This upgrade shall include the most current (2017) release of METASYS software (install METASYS Release 8.1 or newer on to METASYS ADX server and all four Network Engines). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 333415, with a related small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses utilizing FAR 52.212-2 addendum for cascading. The solicitation will be posted on or about 10 April 2017, via fedbizopps.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
