- Specifications Naval Medicine East, Portsmouth, VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Portable Infusion Pumps. The supplies will be used at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the intent is to award a purchase order for the supplies.
