- RFQ RFQ posted 10 April 2017 Synopsis posted 6 Apr 2017 2d Marine Division, Combat Camera, HQ BN, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for professional print productions, visual information products, and products that can withstand use in an uncontrolled environment where products may be exposed to the elements. The requirements also include maintenance service and training in order to support the government with operational requirements and training. The Period of Performance is 11 May 2017 through 10 May 2018. There will be two option periods for the maintenance services and training which will be exercised at the Government's discretion. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed acquisition is being issued on a 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333244, Printing Machinery and Manufacturing. The Government intends to award on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and the award will be issued as all or none. The solicitation No. M6700117Q1130 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
