- The U.S. Marshals Service/Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System Division intends to negotiate and award under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, to SimCom Training Centers, 6989 Lee Vista Blvd., Orlando, FL. 32822 for pilot-in-command initial academic and/or flight training for USMS flight crews operating the Saab 2000 aircraft. It is determined that SimCom Training Centers is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirement. The period of performance for this requirement is date of award through 30 September 2017. This Notice of Intent is neither a request for competitive quotations, nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested and fully capable parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes to this office by 10:00 am, (CST), Friday, April 21, 2017, by email to Mr. Victor Stamps at Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov. Telephone requests will not be considered. The Government will not be responsible for any costs for producing and e-mailing capability packages.
