Description

FED-BIZ-OPPS-NOTICE This notice is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley, Tampa, FL intends to solicit and award to Ultra Clean Systems, Inc. in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1. The procurement includes: Triton 36 and 72 Floor Model Cleaning Systems for the Da Vinci Xi Robotic System. The acquisition of this system includes delivery, installation, and training. The system includes: 09-0072-2 Ultrasonic cleaning System Triton 72 Double Basin include 4 baskets with manifold system, accessory kit, drain and rinse hoses, plus 2 wire hospital baskets 09-0036 Ultrasonic cleaning System Triton 36 Double Basin include 2 baskets with manifold system, accessory kit, drain and rinse hoses, plus 1 wire hospital baskets 10-0323 Basket for the Xi Robotic surgical instruments include 10 adapters for both the Triton 36 and 72. 10-0515 Mobile Storage Cart for accessory baskets This requirement will be classified under NAICS 334510. The anticipated date of award is on or around April 11, 2017. A determination not to compete this action based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties are encouraged to submit capabilities not later than 1 May 2017 to Leslie Hawkins via email at leslie.hawkins2@va.gov. The government will consider responses as potential sources for future acquisitions of similar supplies/services. No solicitation document is available. No telephone request or voice mail will be accepted.
