U.S. Government Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 6,100 City: Salt Lake City Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 6,500 Space Type Office Space Parking Space (Total) 24 Full Term 10 Years Parking Spaces (Surface) 24 Firm Term 5 Years Parking Spaces (Structured) 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved) 0 Delineated area: Start at the place of beginning; Foothill Drive and East Sunnyside Ave, go west on Foothill Drive to Wakara Way, go north to Chipetaway, go east continuing onto Arapeen Drive, and go west back to the place of beginning. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.   The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.   Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
