Description

Vendor has been awarded as the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Vendor for 30 CT 30mg Duloxetine (Line Items 1,3,4,6,8,10, and 12). Technically Acceptable National Drug Code of awarded LPTA vendor is 68382-0386-06. IAW FAR 15.506 (e)(3), unit prices are not disclosed as those are considered commercial and financial information that is privileged or confidential and is also prohibited from disclosure by FAR 24.202 (a), as vendor unit prices are part of quote per this section. On this basis, total award amount is not shared, as this would reveal unit price of vendor, since all of same item, and thus conflicting with FAR 24.202(a). There was no awarded LPTA vendor for 90 CT 30mg Duloxetine (Line Items 2,5,7,9,11, and 13) as pricing submitted by vendors was found to be not fair and reasonable in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a)(vi): Comparison to an Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE); pricing submitted was significantly higher than this.
