- Solicitation The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to award sole source to ProHill Services solicitation RFQP05051700004 for the provision of Life Connections Program Facilitator Services. The services will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Medical Center Carswell, Ft. Worth, Texas. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 19.1306) with ProHill Services, 1112 Jensen Drive, Suite 109, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. The contract periods for the services will consist of a base year and four option years. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for award is on or about May 22, 2017. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
