- The Government is looking for approximately 1,800 ANSI/BOMA SF and no more than 2,000 ANSI/BOMA SF of office space within the delineated area. The anticipated lease term is up to 15 years/10 firm. The space must be available for occupancy by 5/7/2019. General Requirements: Offered space must be within the delineated area and must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain Additional Requirements: -Offered space shall be Class A office space. -Offered space shall be located within two blocks of public transportation and within one mile of restaurants and shopping. -Office space shall not be located near bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other business that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable within the office space. Notice: Expressions of interest that do not include all of the following information will be ineligible and will not be considered: •Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. •Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. •ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •Date of space availability. •Building ownership information. •Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking.
