- AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION. This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement issued for the purpose of providing interested parties questions/answers to assist in preparation of quotes. Quotes are due at 2pm on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. The Q & A is as follows: QUESTION 1: Does the replacement door need to be powder coated? If so, what RAL number? ANSWER 1: We do not need these doors powder coated. The standard primer grey works. The Specifications document for Door 1 and Door 2 has added the following: "Exterior lock to remain functional with the new door." 01_P17PS00923_Specifications_revised.pdf is attached incorporating these changes to the Specifications, with the new text in red. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. All attachments can be accessed via the link below to FedConnect, or by going directly to the FedConnect website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Once at the FedConnect home page, click "Search Public Opportunities Only." On the right-hand side, is the list of documents posted, showing the SF-18 solicitation form and all attachments. The attachments must be opened individually, and can be downloaded and saved or printed. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are four attachments: Attachment 01 (Specifications), Attachment 02 (Department of Labor Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-5661, Revision 2, dated January 3, 2017), Attachment 03 (FAR Provisions 52.212-3 Form), and Attachment 04 (Experience and Past Performance). DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for a vendor to replace and install one (1) roll up door at El Portal Fire Cache and one (1) roll up door at Roads. The Fire Cache door should be replaced and installed first and then proceed with the Roads door. The period of performance is schedule from April 24, 2017 through May 31, 2017. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract. The government intends to make award to the responsible quoter whose technically acceptable quotation offers the lowest evaluated price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 2:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19, 2017. Quotes are only acceptable via email to Liset_Gomez@nps.gov. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Liset_Gomez@nps.gov, and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., "P17PS00923 QUESTION." THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE CONTAINS ONLY A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SOLICITATION. The Standard Form 18 together with all four attachments (as listed above), make a complete solicitation package.
