- Quantity 50 - Escape and Evasion GPS watches Specifications: Shock and water resistant, provide high sensitivity GPS positioning with automatic calibrating altimeter, barometer and 3-axis compass, scratch resistant, curved lens to prevent refection and possible detection from enemy forces. TracBack features to navigate known geographical points, allow aircrews to create routes & record waypoints Sunrise & Sunset times with moon phases that update automatically, and needs to be NVG compatible. Multi-Sport GPS Training watch combining tactical functionality with fitness and outdoor navigation. Made with a nylon strap. Altimeter, barometer, Compass, EXO Antenna, Waypoint Storage and Dual Position Format. USB Charging Clip, AC Adapter with Plug, Documentation and minimum One-Year Warranty. Should be able to receive notifications via Emails, Texts and Alerts on Watch Quantity 130 - Auto rescue tool - specifications: spring loaded steel tipped window punch, a 440c stainless steel hook seat belt cutting blade, LED light with replacement batteries, 3.25-inch stainless steel blade. These auto rescue tools will be vital to provide quick emergency response in the event of entrapment in Aircraft or vehicle under day or night conditions. This all in one tool would allow service members to render aid in a quick and efficient manner to save lives. Quantity 60 - Escape and Evade (GO) Bag - specifications: have MOLLE and Velcro webbing to allow attachments of other aid bags with main compartments line with high visibility (hi-vis) orange to allow easy sight from searching aircraft in E&E situations but hideable to hide from enemy, a dedicated hydration compartment to allow storage of water to ensure survival in an enemy environment for 3 days, enough storage for basic clothing items (jacket, etcs.) and rations to survive a three day escape and evade in event of a downed aircraft, shoulder straps to be able to carry without compromising movement. These "GO" Bags will raise the ability for Aircrews to evade enemy capture in the event of a downed aircraft in hostile territory. With the ability to carry 3 days of supplies, this will ensure aircrew can rely on themselves and not have to reach out to locals for basic survival items. Quantity 60 - In Flight Beverage Container - specifications: be able to hold 40 ounces of hot or cold liquid and be able to hold beverage temperature while in cold environments for 24 hours or hot environments for 12 hours. Should be "spill proof" and have carabiner or clip capable. These In Flight Beverage Containers will ensure Aircrew will be able to stay hydrated and be provided cool drinks on hot days and warm drinks on cold days. This will provide higher work output and maintain morale while enduring harsh weather environments. Items will need to be shipped within two weeks of award - thus delivery time constraints are a requirement for an award.
