Description
WAGE DETERMINATION AF 66 ENVIRO SPECIFICATIONS AIRIUS CUT SHEET AIR PEAR CUT SHEET SPEED CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS DRAWINGS DRAFT SOW DRAFT 1442 Synopsis This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2. This ACQUISITION is set aside for HubZone Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238290 and the Size Standard is $15M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFAR 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. This is a new requirement. The Indoor Running Track facility (B122) is constructed of a fabric tension structure. It's not insulated and no HVAC system is installed. Although exhaust fans are installed to help move air inside the building during warmer months of the year, when the doors can be opened to allow better air flow, a set of fans is needed to create air movement during the winter months when the doors are kept closed. With the doors kept closed in the winter, the air inside the building gets warmed somewhat by the sun during the day. In addition to providing air flow, the fans will also help maintain a relatively even air temperature in the building by moving the air from higher up inside the structure to the ground level. Contractor will install 13 fans that are government furnished property, on the rafters of the Indoor Running Track, B122, at locations shown on the drawing. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the tasks in conformance with the contract Final Specification. The location of this work will be performed at Schriever AFB, Colorado 80912. The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract with a 20 day period of performance for this project after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NOTES: 1. The solicitation with the official specifications and drawings will be available on the GPE on or about 1 May 2017 posted at https://www.fbo.gov. The tentative date for the receipt of proposals is 29 May 2017. A physical site visit for this project will be scheduled for all potential offerors, the time and date is yet to be determined but will be listed in the official solicitation. Physical copies of the solicitation and all accompanying specifications will not be provided. All documents for this project will be uploaded to https://www.fbo.gov. 2. The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. There will not be a public opening. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442. Proposals delivered shall be marked to show the offeror's name and address, contact number, the solicitation number, and the date and time the proposals are due. 3. Contractors shall be capable of securing bonding for the total proposed amount. 4. Contractors that are debarred or suspended are excluded from receiving contracts.
