Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (10N2\NCO) intends to award a sole source contract award to Creative Health Care Management, Inc, 6200 Baker Road, Suite 200 Minneapolis, MN 55346 The Period of Performance for Contract Award will be 60 days. Three day onsite Relationship-Based Care Leader Practicum Training services required effective 4/26/2017. This is a high-volume need for the James J. Peters Medical Center due to trademark and specificity of the requirement. Period of performance will be 4/26/17 4/28/17. This is a service contract for: James J. Peters Medical Center, 130 W Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468-3904 NAICS:     611430/Size Standard: $11 M THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by April 19 2017, 3:00 p.m. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Samantha.henderson2@va.gov.
