- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and capability of small businesses (including certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, and HUB-Zone firms; veteran and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and women-owned small businesses. This notice is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, Solicitation, Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained herein. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this sources sought. Any responses received will not be used as a proposal. Introduction This Sources Sought Notice is being conducted to identify potential SMALL Manufactures/Authorized Distributors capable of producing or supplying Brand name Supplies. The Hemovet is the system we have been using over the last several years and therfore if we were to change our methods now we would be unable to compare our current data/experiments with our previous ones.The Hemovet 950FS Multi specieces Hematology system that enables us to perfom hematology profiles on animals and humans. The hematology profile consists of red blood cell count, white cell count, total and differential counts as well as platelet counts. The Clinical Center Department of Peri-Operative Medicine (DPM) provides anesthesia and surgical services to actively support the mission of the Clinical Center (CC). Within the CC, DPM will provide patient care, consultative and pain management services, training and the environment needed to initiate and support the clinical research sponsored by the individual NIH Institutes. The overall mission of the DPM is to provide high quality and cost effective perioperative nursing and anesthesia services to Clinical Center patients and institutes, to build alliances and to facilitate the conduct of clinical research protocols from all institutes. The offeror shall submit product literature for supplies it is proposing. Capability Statements should clearly identify the following: A. Name of the manufacturer, quantity and location where the units are produced (domestic and or international; B. A signed statement to state"We are'nt the manfacturer of the items and/or we are authorized distribtors of comapany X C. Estimated Number of days after receipt of order is typical for delivery of items; D. Any other relevant informatiom that is not listed above which the Governmenn should consider in developing its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research. Provide the following business information: a. DUNS number b. Cmpany Name c. Comapny address including Point of contact and phone number and email address d. Type/size of company, Naics code as validated in SAM Ant potential Offer or's must provide a capability statement with past performance.
