- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to TriCircle Company, 1183 Garner Creek Dr, Lilburn, GA 30047 to study underwater imagining and target detection. Tools and algorithms will be developed to implement the results of the research. Tricircle employs the leading expert personnel with unique knowledge of the problem to be solved and techniques that are to be utilized. Delivery of results will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407. Period of performance: Date of award thru 12 months with an Option to extend for an additional 12 months.
