- The White River National Forest will soon issue a full solicitation for furnishing and delivery of road base gravel to following locations: - Shrine Pass Trail Head (2.5 miles from Vail Pass on FSR 709) - 460 tons of 1.5" gravel - Holy Cross Overlook Trail Head (3.75 miles from Vail Pass on FSR 709) - 390 tons of 1.5" and 3/4" - Delivery time: June 21 - July 31. We contemplate using simplifed acquistion procedurees to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order for this project in early June with an expected magnitude between $25000 and $100000. If you are a small business and interested in this solictation, you are encouraged to either list yourself as an interested vendor or email your contact information to the POC. Notice to Offeror(s) / Suppliers(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, etiher before or after the closing date. In the event, the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
