Description
AMENDMENT 0004 THIS AMENDMENT 0004 IS ISSUED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A'S): Q1.) Are Bays A and B (building 32) one physical building and not 2?A1.) Bays A and B are considered as separate bays inside a single building. Q2.) What type of Energy Management Controls System (EMCS) does the base have? A2.) Honeywell/Tridium Q3.) Does the project require, as a deliverable, an LNS database? A3.) The project requires programming and graphics for all newly installed controls with all required graphics and points to be displayed on the existing Web AX supervision system. Q4.) Are you using the JACE-600's as the building point of connection (BPOC)? A4.) There are currently no JACES serving A or B bays in Building 32. There are JACES in the following bays along with the model for each bay served: 32G (403), 32H (403), 32K (600), 32L (403), 32M (600). The 403 model JACES are being replaced under another project with WEB 8000 JACES. Q5.) Will the building be occupied during construction? A5.) Yes, further, there are limitations in the SOW about how much of the HVAC system may be taken out of service at any one time. Q6.) Are contractors required to be escorted at all times? A6.) No, escorts are not required. Q7.) What are the hours of operation of the building? A7.) Because of work schedules here, there isn't really a set "hours of operation" for the building. Personnel may arrive as early as 6:00 AM and leave as late as 8:00 PM. Q8.) Will there be afterhours access to the building? A8.) Afterhours access to the building can be arranged with adequate advance notice to the government, typically 3 to 5 business days. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
